The method used in this study was to evaluate the research methods of interviews, observation, and secondary entropy from germane(predicate) sources. The results showed that the reorganization UPTSA into Dinas Perizinan has provided many benefits to society, because a permit can be done one admittance with an integrated system. So that a permits be efficient and efficacious because of the simplification of systems and procedures for information technology-based services. The completion of this study was the reorganiz ation of licensing form _or_ system of government has provided a paradigm shift in the public service-oriented business system that has been adjusted to the needs of the community.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan information sekunder dari sumber yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reorganisasi UPTSA menjadi Dinas Perizinan telah memberi banyak manfaat bag i masyarakat, karena pengurusan izin bisa di! lakukan satu pintu dengan sistem terpadu.
