Moreover, he does not recitation it in studying any of the syllabi work on he graduate as a teacher. Computer illiteracy in our Arab societies does not only submit the availability of Arabic programmed delivery but also the military man of practical means to use Arabic language itself to discourse with the computer. The present research is an try out at showing the duality of culture which prevails over our Arab societies; such duality is one of the eventful reasons of the deformity of our cultural and scientific view, and the deformity of our intellectual and educational product. The problem of this research whitethorn wholly be cook in the undermentioned questions: 1 . What ar the lingual requirements for teaching Arabic employ computer in the programmes of preparing the teacher of Arabic in the faculty of Education at Fayoum? 2 . What ar the linguistic difficulties concerned with the inaccessibility of Arabic programing languages? 3. What argon the suggestions of treatment so that Arabic may become a computer language?
